| | March - April 2024 Volume 23: Issue 2 | | | You may recall that we have created online Bible lessons in many languages for The Mailbox Club. These Bible lessons are from their Explorers 1 and Explorers 2 series.
The Mailbox Club has now partnered with another major Christian ministry to offer these online Bible lessons in English to children in North America. And we have been asked to convert more of their English Bible lessons to online format. They include StoryTime 1 and 2, See and Do 1 and 2, and Best Friends 1 and 2. These Bible lessons are appropriate for children up to age 12 and even higher.
We will give more details in the next PrayerLink, but please pray now for a great response from children all over North America. | | Jesus said, “Let the little children come to Me, and do not forbid them; for of such is the kingdom of heaven.” Matthew 19:14

| | | I’m a Chinese person living in the UK. I appreciate the children’s Bible teaching materials your organization provides.
I’ve downloaded your material years ago and shared with a lot of parents and churches in the mainland China.
Your teaching materials are like the light leading the children who are living in the darkness of communist authority to the Lord Jesus Christ, give them a hope and opportunity to be saved.
Additionally, I am interested in translating some of your English language resources, like Pilgrim’s Progress, into Chinese. This would allow me to share them further with Chinese-speaking communities.
If you are open to this, I would welcome the opportunity to discuss details on gaining any necessary permissions and optimizing the translation for your purposes. - William | | | I am an evangelical pastor, in Porto-Novo in the Republic of Benin. I need Bible lessons for young people. Thanks. - Agbande | | | I have been narrating the stories of the Bible for children in the Portuguese language for my YouTube channel, a channel dedicated to children in Brazil where I am from. I can make the videos available for your website in Portuguese if you want. A big hug, stay with God. - Samara | | | I am a missionary serving in Cambodia. We enjoy using the material from your website. I would like to ask if we could share the link to your website on our website according to the theme of the Bible. - Jason
| | | We have now added over 100 new languages to our website, with the total currently around 560. The team of 6 people in India has been working diligently toward our 1000 goal. We may indeed be able to reach our goal in about one year.
The Bibles in most languages have been translated in a way that makes it possible for us to work with them. A small number of Bibles were translated in a way that makes it very difficult for us to work with them. But whatever the situation, we trust the Lord to guide us to create the best possible Bible stories for the children in all these languages.
A ministry by the name of Faith Comes by Hearing has been creating audio for many of the Bibles. It is very interesting to hear how the various languages are spoken. We could probably create audio versions of our Bible stories, and even video Bible stories. We know that would be a great blessing because many of the children in these language groups are not able to read. And probably many adults cannot read. A great deal of time and resources would be required, but if the Lord opens that door, we will step through it.
Thank you for your prayers! | | Audio and Video Bible Stories | Bible for Children has audio Bible stories in over 100 languages. These audio Bible stories have been freely shared with a few other ministries, who offer them on their website. A couple of those ministries load them onto the portable devices they make for missionaries to use in jungles and other remote locations.
Bible for Children also has video Bible stories on YouTube in over 50 languages. These video stories are now being offered on Vimeo, another video platform, due to the kindness of one of our supporters.
Our goal is to have our Bible stories offered wherever people may use them. | | | | On February 14th, my wife and I became great-grandparents. It took us 52 years of marriage to reach this landmark.
The Bible says much about our responsibility to our children and grandchildren. Not so much about great-grandchildren.
The immediate significance is the addition of one more name to our daily prayer time. We pray this little girl will grow up to love and serve our Lord Jesus Christ.
Sadly, I am sure there are many great-grandchildren who have no one who prays for them. Yet God still loves them and desires they will come to Jesus. But how will they come if they do not even hear of Jesus?
Let us together do all we can to take the Good News to precious great-grandchildren all over the world! | | |
