Liberia

I run a charity which supports a school in Liberia. I found your wonderful website and have a question. I noticed you have Bible lessons. Are these available to print? I was thinking the school has a Bible class that would benefit from your Bible lessons. Of course, they would not send them back to you so I am not sure how that would work. The staff would write the lesson on their blackboard and then discuss each question with the class. So the lessons would just be printed one time and laminated so they would last multiple years. Please let me know if you have anything that would work for this and the cost.

The Mailbox Club

This amazing ministry enrolled 11.3 million children around the world in Bible lessons last year!  They work with thousands of churches world-wide, and are always expanding.

Now TMC set up a website especially for children in the United States at www.tmc4kids.org . Children can request printed Bible lessons to be mailed to them, or they can download lessons to their computer, or they can select fillable PDF Bible lessons that BFC has prepared for them.  Franklin Graham and Samaritan's Purse are enthusiastically supporting this initiative.

Currently there are 1500 children signing up every week, and TMC is barely keeping up with the demand.  Praise God for the children and families getting into the Word of God!

The Mailbox Club has Bible lessons in 100 languages!  BFC has prepared online versions of these Bible lessons in 50 languages and uploaded them to our website.  Children from around the world are working on these lessons.

Report from the leader at TMC:

We face an uphill battle, and we are racing against the clock. Every day, children are passing into eternity without God. We need to tell, reach, save, and disciple more children! In 2017, we reached just over 3 million children. Last year, we reached 11.3 million, and next year we hope to reach over 16 million. These aren’t just numbers. They represent real human beings who once were lost but now are found. 

We must press on to the goal the Lord has set before us. Will you join us in this race? Can you think of a more worthy cause, a more precious goal?  We are so grateful for your prayers and financial support! We thank God for your desire to see the children of the world turn to God and be saved. It would be a great privilege to continue to partner with you during 2025.

Prayer requests from the field:

Glorify God with us for allowing us to reach almost a million children in East Africa in 2024!

We need prayers to finalize the translation of Best Friends from English to Arabic before the end of January 2025.

We need prayers for TMC in Iraq.

Pray for financial provision and storage space/location. We are trusting God to provide $5,000 to purchase a suitable container.

Pray for peace in the world so that children will live in a safe environment and attend TMC Clubs without fear and disturbances.

Next 1000 Languages 

Thank you for praying for this vital project.  There are now Bible stories in 350 new languages completed and up on our website.  Our team is working hard, with another 650 languages in various stages of completion.

Please pray as we approach more Bible translation ministries and work out contracts to use their Bibles for creating Bible stories in even more languages.

First Nations Bible Stories

Intertribal Life newspaper highlighted Bible for Children's OjiCree Bible stories in their November/December 2024 issue.  The Bible stories were translated by Bessie McPeek into her heart language.  Please pray that more First Nations people would translate the Bible stories into their own languages.  We are willing to work together.

Have you heard of the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter?  They are both in the north east corner of Kentucky, near to Cincinnati, Ohio.  Mary-Anne and I know them very well.  We visited them over Christmas again, perhaps for the last time.

The Lord enabled us to fulfill a dream of taking 14 grandchildren to these amazing displays of Biblical truth.  But not all at once.  The last couple of trips we took 4 at a time in a Dodge Caravan.  But first we had them down in Florida for a week, taking them to the beach, canoeing and other activities.  Then we would come the drive up to Cincinnati and a place to stay with a dear Mennonite Your Way couple.

What a joy to delve into the past history of the world, and see only TRUTH.  A full day is needed at both the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter.  Everything is first class and remarkable.  Moving dinosaurs, life-like moving people, colorful displays and truthful explanations of how everything happened.

I talked last year with another Christian who was taking ALL of his grandchildren to Kentucky at once!

We highly recommend visiting the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter, even without your grandchildren!  And please pray for many unsaved people to be drawn there and come to believe.
