The Lord looks down and sees. Psalm 33:13

The boy walked to the edge of the ten metre diving board. His stomach fluttered with fear, even though he'd done the dive many times before. This time, it had to be perfect. This time, he was competing for a place in the Olympic Diving team.

Looking down to the audience, the boy saw his mother smile and give a little nod. Her look of encouragement settled his nerves.

He dived! The judges gave perfect points.

We should look to God for His encouragement, especially when we are nervous and afraid.
