Batak Toba language translation added.

Today we are announcing that we have added the translation for Batak Toba.

The Batak Toba language is an Austronesian language spoken in North Sumatra province in Indonesia. It is part of a group of languages called "Batak". There are approximately 2,000,000 Batak Toba speakers, living west of Lake Toba. Read more at Wikipedia.
